You can pay securely by Credit Card,  Debit Card or Apple Pay. 

When your payment has been accepted, we will process your order and then advise you via email when your items have been dispatched.

We also accept all Contactless Payments.

Shipping Options

  • All items (apart from Personalised Balloons – see below for details) will be shipped to you by either Royal Mail or DHL and will arrive within 3-5 working days.
  • If you would like to receive your order urgently, please contact us and we can arrange a quicker delivery for a slightly increased price.
  • We also offer FREE DELIVERY for larger orders (see below for qualifying details) and this option will appear when valid.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are £3.95 for STANDARD DELIVERY (2nd class).
  • FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £50 (or less, during special offers) and on orders over £25 if you are within a 5 mile radius of ME5  (LORDSWOOD, KENT) – Please note that you will have to select this option at checkout when valid, otherwise you will be charged at the STANDARD DELIVERY rate.

Ordering Personalised Balloons

Unfortunately we cannot post our unique balloons, as they are already inflated and could easily burst in transit.
We therefore offer a free delivery service locally (within a 5 mile radius of ME5), or a click & collect service, which we can discuss with you either before or after you place your order.

Gift Wrapping Service

We will gift wrap all jewellery and place in a black gift bag, tied with our own Tangerine Tree ribbon. All our jewellery items are also supplied in black jewellery boxes.

If you would like any of the items you have bought gift wrapped for a special occasion, we can do so for an added charge of £2.50.

Please remember to let us know what you would like written on your gift card, and the colour tissue & ribbon you would like, and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. You can provide this information either at Check Out (use the “Order notes” panel), or via our Contact Us page.
